Learning Harbor provides online healthcare compliance training, including mandatory annual training that conforms to Joint Commission, AAAHC, Quad A, and OSHA requirements.  Learning Harbor’s online healthcare compliance training modules give healthcare providers an alternative method of delivering required training with the advantage of around-the-clock accessibility. Our online healthcare compliance training modules are available through our portal, where they can be viewed and further assessment, and proof of completion can be obtained.

The Learning Harbor online healthcare compliance training curriculum is ideal for orientation and/or annual mandatory competency assessment, whenever and wherever the employees need it.  The content is designed for adult learners with varying skill levels.  In addition to the online healthcare compliance training modules, Learning Harbor also provides a comprehensive testing and record keeping system, documenting those healthcare employees who have met their mandatory orientation or annual training requirements. Upon completion of an online healthcare compliance training module, the employee takes a short quiz to demonstrate comprehension, and when successful, can then print a certificate documenting completion. Learning Harbor keeps track of employees and their training, so that employers can easily access and document their records. A record of employee compliance as well as departmental compliance is available at all times.
