Testing and Record Keeping

In addition to the online courseware, Learning Harbor also provides a comprehensive testing and record keeping system, documenting those healthcare employees who have met their mandatory orientation or annual training requirements. When a healthcare employee completes an online module, he or she takes a short quiz to demonstrate comprehension, and when successful, can then print a certificate documenting completion. Learning Harbor keeps track of employees and their training, so that employers can easily access and document their records. A record of employee compliance as well as departmental compliance is available at all times.
